Position Description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization. This is a leadership role within a small team. The ongoing goals of this role are to build brand awareness, increase traffic through relevant channels, drive leads, and increase sales revenue through the effective use of social media, digital marketing, digital media, and e-commerce. This role demands a high degree of autonomy that includes self-motivation, self-management, and self-critique.

Roles and Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities of the role include:

1. Develop and implement company-wide marketing strategies.
2. Create campaigns and content.
3. Write and send outbound email marketing campaigns.
4. Manage and maintain the company’s websites.
5. Manage and maintain the company’s websites.
6. Monitor all analytics, such as website traffic or social media engagement.
7. Oversee and manage eCommerce operations and strategies to drive growth and success of online retail platforms.
8. Maintain brand awareness.
9. Manage Agency relationship.

The Production Assistant is responsible for overall operations administrative support in the areas of inventory, production, and dealer & reseller administration. Will assist in ensuring external customers’ orders are reviewed, assembled with precision, processed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Inventory

1. Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of inventory.
2. Assist with supplies needed for production and warehouse and product tracking.
3. Assist in Warehouse operations such as palletizing and breakout, shipping & receiving, inventory control and as required, heavy machinery operation (once trained) is expected and is tied directly to primary duties.

Dealers & Reseller

1. Assist in the determination and maintenance of tier pricing & tier assignment for all dealers & resellers for Flyboys.
2. Assist in processing incoming purchase orders.

Production Support

1. Assist in customized products and orders including changes and adjustments for products, special ordered.
2. Assist with all other product support as needed.
3. Maintain familiarity with each external customer to the full extent possible for full context of the client needs.
4. Maintain in-depth product knowledge for sale at the Company.
5. Be fluent in topics such as material content, functions and functionality, available product configurations and compatibilities, and all available technical support documents which may be available.
6. Use of Customer Database to track and process customer orders.
7. Assist in product assembly, assembly line preparation and maintenance and if required developing and following quality assurance process for all incoming and outbound shipments to guarantee accuracy and functionality.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist other departments as necessary, based on company needs.
2. All other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

COMPETENCIES

Education

1. High School Diploma required.
