Customers praised the case for being "sturdy and well built" with great quality and mounting capabilities. First responders appreciated it for ambulance use. Some concerns about pen holder design, pricing transparency for accessories (~$700 complete setup), and lightweight plastic feel. Most found it works perfectly with excellent engineering.

Overall, we are loving this product!

We purchased the Pivot Fly Case after one of our crew members saw it on TikTok and loved the idea of having a case that could mount to the ambulance cot. So far, the crew members using it really like it, and it has been a great addition to our setup.

Our biggest complaint is that it takes multiple pieces/accessories to make the entire system work. This was not clearly explained or obvious when we initially looked into purchasing it. Once everything was added together, our total cost was around $700 for the complete setup. Had we known the actual total cost upfront, we may have reconsidered the purchase.

That being said, now that we have the complete setup, our crew really likes it and we have been happy with the product overall. We just wish the need for the additional components and the total cost had been made clearer from the beginning or a bundle was available.

The pen holder could be so much more, as its very hard to get in and out especially while flying. Not sure why its not the same design as advertised on other cases, the magnetic holder type of design for the apple pen. All of the cases should have the same pen holder regarfkess of ipad type. Also the case feels very cheap honestly. Just very light weight and thin plastic does not seem worth $150 at all. Lacking majorly in quality for the asking orice. Very, very disappinted over all.
