Shipping

  • FlyBoys offers multiple shipping methods so customers can choose the best balance of speed and cost. Recommended carriers: FedEx Ground and FedEx Express due to frequent USPS delays.
  • Orders are processed first-come, first-served (FCFS). Standard processing time: 2–3 business days, depending on order volume and seasonal demand. Queue Jumper orders receive priority processing and typically ship within 1–2 business days (often the same day).
  • Orders ship Monday–Friday (business days only). Offices are closed weekends and federal holidays. Shipping timelines (e.g., “FedEx 2-Day”) are based on business days, not calendar days. Example: Orders placed Saturday will not ship before Monday.
  • Carriers may charge a fee if a shipping address must be changed after the order has shipped. Any carrier-assessed address change fees are the customer’s responsibility. Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
  • Orders with custom embroidery, custom engraving, or third-party products may require additional processing time. Queue Jumper still applies, these orders will receive expedited handling whenever possible.
  • FlyBoys will provide all required documentation and is available to assist if additional support is needed to help expedite delivery.
  • Shipping rates, duties, and taxes vary by country and are calculated during checkout.
  • All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - duties and taxes are included in the checkout total. No surprise fees upon delivery.
  • Non-expedited shipping may take 10+ days to arrive, depending on destination and carrier.
  • All international shipments may be subject to customs delays within the destination country. While uncommon, these delays are outside our control.

Custom embroidered items ship after completion using the selected shipping option. For example, when a customer chooses custom embroidery and selects Standard Overnight shipping, the product will ship using that option following normal completion time for custom embroidery. Custom embroidery orders require up to 7 business days to complete prior to shipping.

Updated and current shipping rates are displayed when selecting shipping options during the checkout process for FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping options.  Shipping origin is Houston, Texas 77379.

  • Ground Service via FedEX FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS Priority Mail Transit Times or USPS.

Note: Please provide a physical address for shipping. P.O. BOXES accepted for USPS services. APO/FPO's ship via Priority Mail and First Class Mail ONLY.
  • Standard Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery via FedEx or USPS - Available for the Continental US, AK and HI. **Non-major metropolitan areas may not have 2nd day delivery available.
    Note: International Customers - Do not select this option.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery - Guaranteed delivery next day by 3:00 PM at most locations.
  • USPS Express Mail - Guaranteed next day delivery by 3:00 PM for most locations. This is the best option for expedited delivery to Post Office boxes
  • International orders ship by UPS.
