Returns Policies and Procedures

General Return Conditions:

  • All returned items should be in new/unused condition. Restocking fees may apply.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless PIVOT | FlyBoys made the error. Customers are welcome to use the return label provided by PIVOT | FlyBoys but will have the cost deducted from their refund.

Return Options

Step 1: Access Your Customer Account

Go to your customer account using this link: Log Into Your Account

Step 2: Log In

  • Enter your email address to receive a six-digit verification code.
  • After entering the code, you will be granted access to your account.

Step 3: Request a Return

  • Click on the order you want to return.
  • Select the item you will be returning.
  • Choose a reason from the drop-down menu.
  • Click Request Return.

Step 4: Confirmation and Refund

  • You will receive an email confirmation that your return request has been received and is being reviewed.
  • Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be in new/unused condition, your refund will be processed minus the return shipping cost.

Step 2: Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number

  • All returns must include a FlyBoys-issued RA # (Return Authorization Number).
  • The RA # is typically your order number.

Step 3: Contact for Assistance

  • Use the Contact Us form or call one of the phone numbers above with any questions about the returns process.

Step 4: Ship the Product

  • Ship the product(s) to:

Embroidered or engraved items are not eligible for return unless an error was made by FlyBoys during production.
