MIKE SCHULTER
Mike founded FlyBoys in 1995 while serving as an active-duty F-16 pilot in the U.S. Air Force, creating gear to meet the unique needs of military aviators. His innovations quickly gained traction, establishing FlyBoys as a trusted global provider of pilot accessories. After his military career, Mike flew for U.S. Airways and later Southwest Airlines, where he saw the shift from paper to Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs). In 2014, he launched PIVOT, a product line built for EFB integration, now widely used by commercial airlines and military units worldwide. A 1990 U.S. Air Force Academy graduate, Mike also holds a Master’s from Embry-Riddle. He enjoys golf, travel with his wife Elisa, and time with their daughter Claire.
