The PPK-XP is a new and enhanced version of the already established standard PPK-1. The new PPK-XP is made from a proprietary blend of impact resistant, glass fiber-filled, and UV-resistant polycarbonate that significantly increases strength, structural integrity, and resistance to degradation in extreme environments. Like steel rebar reinforcing concrete, the embedded glass fiber provides crucial tensile strength evenly throughout the material, making an already strong part stronger for even more long-term durability.
Both the Mounting Plate and Tension Ring of the new PPK-XP possess these enhanced qualities, and the PPK-XP is differentiated by its new opaque gray coloring. With PIVOT's Universal Mounting System, it is compatible with every PIVOT case, past, present, and future, and virtually all PIVOT mounting solutions. The PPK-XP is ready to endure a lifetime of use in the most demanding operational environments and is backed by a lifetime warranty.
