This is one of the best cases I have used. The quick-detach cover is great for protecting the iPad when it is not in use, and it easily detaches when you are ready to use the unit. The “kick-stand” is a nice feature when you are working at a desk or table.

Bought the A35A case (for IPad mini) together with a Claw Mount w/ extended arm. Very impressed with the case build and compactness. The case is only slightly larger than the iPad itself, and the case is very functional for everyday use - in aircraft and out.

I bought this case for my new iPad Mini A17 Pro (Mini 7) when I replaced my old iPad Mini 5 with Pivot Case. The new case design is better than the previous one. It's thinner, lighter and lower profile. It's also easier to install and remove the case. The new case has a kickstand that is more stable than the cover when you want to prop the iPad up on a table. I still think that the Pivot Case is the best way to protect your iPad Mini and use it in an airplane clamped to the yoke with a RAM Tough Claw mount.

I absolutely love my new pivot set up for my iPad mini. I’ve looked for three years for a satisfactory knee board for a Cessna 150. Nothing beats the pivot set up hands down.

The case is nice and matches my iPadPro case as well. The small size of the mini works really well in the smaller cockpit of the DA40.

This is my second pivot case I have owned. I would recommend again.. I definitely got my use in the air and on the ground utilizing this case in ways that were not expressly shown.
The case has decreased the surface area of plastic touching the case of the iPad A17 to allowing the air the device cutting down on thermal load soaking and alternate cooling methods to be more effective.

I would recommend the alternate mounting options for suction for windows when operating over large pressure differences and high vibration "helicopter" environment's. The Sea Sucker Smooth surface has an indicator that helped indicate suction loss. Mind you I took off from 2500msl to be up at 13,500 for helicopter operations.

Very secure and stylish and with the ability to prop up your iPad mini, it is very functional.

Love the way the case is built. Far better than even an Otter Box Defender. And the mount system is second to none.
