Queue Jumper Terms & Conditions

Need your order fast? Queue Jumper moves your order to the front of the line for priority processing.

• Priority Processing: Orders with Queue Jumper are prioritized ahead of standard orders for processing and production.
• Applies to Your Entire Order: Queue Jumper provides priority processing for all eligible items in your cart. Some products are fulfilled by third-party vendors and may be subject to additional processing times outside of PIVOT by FlyBoys' control.
• Standard & Customized Orders: Queue Jumper is available for both standard and customized products.
• Customized Products: Customized items with Queue Jumper are moved ahead of customized orders without Queue Jumper. In most cases, this results in same-business-day production when ordered Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
• Multiple Customized Items: If your order contains multiple customized products, Queue Jumper must be added to each customized item you want prioritized.
• Standard Customization Timeline: Customized products without Queue Jumper typically require 4–7 business days or less for production.
• Non-Customized Orders: Non-customized orders typically ship the same business day and will ship within three business days of the order being placed.

Queue Jumper provides priority processing and production, it does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Carrier transit times, third-party fulfillment, product availability, and other circumstances outside of PIVOT by FlyBoys' control may affect final delivery timing.
