I fly a G IV does this work on the G IV ?

Yes — it will work on a Gulfstream IV, as long as your yoke has the wedge-clip style clipboard holder.
If the G-IV yoke uses that style of wedge/clip mechanism to hold a clipboard, this mount will fit and function correctly.
