I ordered this expecting it to come as shown in the pictures. Unfortunately when it arrived, there was no PIVOT mounting bracket but something I could screw a 3rd party phone case onto instead. The only option I remember seeing when I purchased this was for how long I wanted the mount to be. Nothing about the mount itself. Currently this is completely unusable.
*UPDATE*
I originally received the PIVOT mount on a Friday and per the review above, I had some issues. Fast forward a week and I came home to a replacement bracket in my mailbox. I left the sales team an email on Friday, and what I can only assume was first thing Monday morning, they made it right. I received an email reply that they were sending the correct mount bracket via FedEx 2day shipping. Tracking info shows it arrived Wednesday as scheduled.
