Product Return Policy:

Returns should be pretty simple! Just follow a few simple directions to do it correctly.

Please do not return ANYTHING without a Fly Boys or Pivot issued RA#, we will refuse unexpected packages. This is the Post-9/11 world we live in.

Use the Contact Us page and submit an inquiry for your return.

• Add all relevant information.
• All return items should be in new/unused condition.
• Restocking fees may apply.
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless FlyBoys or Pivot made the error.
• You are welcome to use the return label provided by FlyBoys or Pivot but will have the cost deducted from your return amount.
• Embroidered or engraved items are not returnable unless an error was made by FlyBoys or Pivot during production.
