We’re dedicated to making the most durable protective and useful device enclosures anywhere on the planet. But sometimes things happen, we understand completely. So if anything is wrong with your PIVOT product, we’ll work to make it right. Any product(s) damaged in shipping (when ordered from PIVOT direct) or defective product(s) must be returned directly to PIVOT in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. The Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the product.

90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
All PIVOT cases carry a 90 Day Limited Warranty against defects in material and workmanship. What this means is that after 90 days you will know if something was physically wrong with the construction of your purchase or if is performing in manner which is other than expected with regard to protection This warranty applies to only the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the materials used in body or components, or is damaged as a result of abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warranted.
COMMERCIAL and GOVERNMENT USER WARRANTY
Many PIVOT customers are commercial enterprises such as passenger airlines and governmental/military organizations. These users may have unique terms, including replacement and time value. Refer to your local administrator for instructions on how to initiate warranty action for your specific entity.
This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the PIVOT enclosure. If warranty action applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the PIVOT enclosure or any part or component that is deemed defective.
This warranty does not include any entity employing PIVOT enclosures and/or mounts in “group use” settings. PIVOT cases are intended for issue to individual users. PIVOT reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of distributors, partners, other resellers, or consumers other than to retain the basic connection functionality between all enclosures and related mounting plates, common and unique to all PIVOT products.
Damaged products must be returned directly to PIVOT, in the original box or adequate cardboard packaging, freight prepaid. A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) must be included with the product. Items received without prior authorization will be refused or disposed for security purposes.
In order to facilitate the timely processing warranty claims, the following information must be provided by Buyer to PIVOT in connection with each warranty claim submitted to PIVOT. After all of the items listed below are completed and provided to PIVOT, PIVOT will attempt to provide a response regarding repair, return or replacement of the product within thirty (30) business days. Upon discovery of a defect or malfunction by Buyer, Buyer shall notify PIVOT of any such defect or malfunction, which notification must be received by PIVOT within ten (10) business days from the date of discovery of the defect or malfunction by filling-in all of the required information fields found in the RMA Request Form below.

HOW TO SETUP A REFUND/EXCHANGE
Submit a refund/exchange request by completing our Warranty Request Form below or by contacting PIVOT at 1-281- 895-0128. Only new, unused products purchased from PIVOT directly are eligible for refund. A valid form will be required prior to issuing an RMA#. Fax submission is a secondary option and may be sent to 1-281- 895-9517.
If your refund is approved, you will be supplied with a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) to return your product. Return shipping costs are at your expense and non-refundable.

We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records. Once the return is received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your refund or to ship out your exchange product. A PIVOT CSA will gather more information about your return and determine whether or not the damage is covered by your warranty. If approved, we will validate your request and then contact you to discuss return procedures. You will be given a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#) and a prepaid FedEx label to return your product.
